Good news for Las Vegas homeowners!

las vegas home 1Home prices in the Las Vegas metropolitan area rose 7.2 percent in November compared to the same month a year ago, real estate analytics company CoreLogic reported Tuesday.

The statewide increase was even better at 7.9 percent, placing Nevada in a tie for fourth with North Dakota behind only Michigan (up 9 percent), Colorado (up 8.8 percent) and Texas (up 8.5 percent).
